Mastering Light Laser Safety - Interactive Training CD[203]
Developed from LIA's popular (publication #303) Mastering Light Video - An Introduction to Laser Safety, this new interactive CD version reviews the lasers' history and current uses, components, and
various hazard issues. Control measures, including the duties of the Laser Safety Officer, are discussed in detail. It fulfills the ANSI Z136.1 and OSHA training requirements for employees working
with or around Class 3b or Class 4 lasers. An excellent training tool for laser safety officers in industrial or research environments who have the responsibility to train new employees and keep the
existing ones updated on current safety issues and practices.
